Achieving a flawless finish is never a rushed process. We believe preparation is the most critical step, which is why we meticulously manage every detail to guarantee perfect results.
Each part is carefully inspected, washed, and degreased.
If the part has an existing layer of paint/powder coat, We chemically strip it down to bare metal.
Depending on the part, we will heat the part to 420 degrees to release any trapped gases that would otherwise show in the finished product.
Each part is sandblasted to remove any rust, corrosion or imperfections. It also gives the powder a nicer profile for better adhesion.

We also handle custom metal fabrication and -AN fitting welding. (Billed at an additional hourly rate).
